The mission of Prism Counseling and Support LLC is to help LGBTQ+ individuals navigate the coming out or gender transition process in order to fully realize and celebrate their authentic selves, and to help their families and loved ones learn how to best support and affirm them in this process.​
We offer individual counseling for LGBTQ+ youth and adults, family counseling for families of LGBTQ+ individuals and support groups for LGBTQ+ youth and adults and parents of LGBTQ+ youth. We also provide professional development training for school staff and professional organizations in order to educate them about the issues facing LGBTQ+ individuals and how to create safe working and learning environments for all.

Join Jillian and friends on Sept. 14 for a super fun field trip to Fascia's Chocolates in Waterbury!

The Chocolate Experience: Tours take place in our own private Presentation Room where,
through a multi-media and interactive session, we learn about the origins of chocolate and how it
gets from Bean to Bar and then from Bar to Box. Tastings and demonstrations, including a
behind-the-scenes look into the factory via remote controlled camera, complete the experience.
You will have the opportunity to make your own chocolate bar with toppings of your choice!

This is open to transgender and gender diverse folx ages 17 and under only.

Coffee and Convo with Jillian
Back by popular demand!
Join Jillian and friends on September 21 from 10-11:30am at a location to be determined for coffee and conversation! This is an all-trans event for people ages 13 through adults. BYO coffee and meet some new friends in a safe and affirming setting. Please RSVP for free in advance. More details are available on the registration form.
Come play games with other queer teens while getting to know new people in a safe and supportive atmosphere. Play board games, card games, video games, Jackbox... you name it! Play some of ours or bring your own. Snacks and drinks are provided.

Gayme Night is open to queer teens and allies ages 12-17. It will run on the second Thursday of each month from 6-7pm at Prism. Advanced registration is required. Bring a friend and we'll see you there!
